Founded by seasoned entrepreneurs Kari Enns and Jeff Eschak, ScaleIQ was built from decades of boots-on-the-ground entrepreneurial experience.
Kari Enns is the co-founder of Theraluxe, an industry-leading luxury sauna and cold plunge manufacturer. She’s built multiple businesses from the ground up – bootstrapping, problem-solving, and scaling with creativity over capital.
Jeff Eschak, CPA CMA, currently owns four businesses and brings deep expertise in finance, sales, leadership, and building the systems and rhythms that allow teams and companies to scale sustainably.
Together, they built the support system they wished existed earlier in their own journeys.
